Tribe Sky Beach Club: Is Bangkok’s New Rooftop Pool Bar Worth It?
High Expectations Meet Modest Realities
My wife and I recently visited the new Emsphere Shopping Mall on Bangkok’s densely packed Sukhumvit Road. We found the mall itself somewhat underwhelming — its flagship feature is an inner-city Ikea, after all. So we decided to explore the newly opened Tribe Sky Beach Club located on the mall’s rooftop.
We often enjoy visiting rooftop venues in Bangkok because they usually offer breathtaking views and a relaxed atmosphere, a perfect escape from the teeming city below. As a bonus they’re open year-round due to the tropical climate.
